  • She specializes in heritage vegetables and wheat. Red Fife wheat is one of the many heritage wheat varieties she works with 'on farm' in Canada through The Garden Institute of B.C. Heritage Wheat Project.
  • She has worked with the Greek Gene Bank and was a founder of the Greek Aegilops heritage wheat network.
